Born Cody (Dizz) Dickerson on February 27, 1989 in Charleston, WV. Dedicated to the church at just 11 months by Pastor Bernard Cook, the Word of God was placed in him at a very early age. Went to church all of his life although in his younger years he did not want to participate. As the years went on he grew more fond of church. In the summer of 2004 he decided to go to youth group after a administration change. That night David Eplin spoke on changing your life. Dizz gave his life to God on July 6, 2004. A year later, he realized he could write music. He wrote Lord's Army, which has been been on such mixtapes as "Art of War", "Born 2 Live" ,and was featured as a bonus track on "Society's Worst Nightmare" which was recently released in Feb. 2007. A year after Lord's Army he wrote Unconditional Love which was the first single from "Society's Worst Nightmare Mixtape". After that God gave him a stronger ability and bigger range of lyrical tactics. Now Dizz is working on his first album "Tragedy Turned Triumph" set to release no later than December of 2007. Its featuring production from S.S., Ansane and VTZ with guest musician Tyler Davis on several songs. It is not under a label. It will be released under Pray Hard Muzik... An independant group Dizz works under a long with his producer S.S. & David Eplin . He loves his friends and would die for them. He's dating a wonderful girl by the name of Miss Nicole Danielle Maynard (lol) and he loves her, and they serve God together and have fun doin' it. Why wouldnt you??
